We are all involved in systems, both in our private lives and professionally: family, friends, colleagues & Co. These systems are integrated into the solution process in systemic coaching. This allows us to gain new perspectives, possible actions and opportunities; connections are clarified and potential utilized. Systemic thinking is an ideal basis for personnel and organizational development and thus also supports cultural change.

The constant focus: the individual’s professional and private life cycle. For me the balance of both is essential for personal satisfaction. Increasing disruption of traditional roles leads to increased demands on our society. Organizational and cultural development, driven by life-phase oriented personnel policy, Working World 4.0 and New Work form part of my vision.

My commitment to elterngarten is the logical consequence of my life to date. elterngarten is an institute for the personal and professional development of parents during and after parental leave and offers companies an innovative measure to increase their own attractiveness as an employer.
